My family had a great time on our Hokkaido and Tohoku tour, seeing beautiful, scenic, and natural areas in Japan. The guides and drivers were all excellent and were helpful with everything, quickly responding to any questions asked in the group chat. The tour was all-inclusive and had full, interesting itineraries, but not so overdone that we were tired. There was no free time with optional added-pay activities like other tour companies. The 5-star hotels were all excellent, and meals were included for excellent local cuisines. They didn't try to cater to Western tastes, which we don't like in some other tour companies. This was the third time using Supera (or their predecessor, Super Value Tours), and we will be back again. Overall, great tour at a reasonable price. Easy to book with good follow-up by the staff to ensure that everything was set for our tour.
Supera Tours Hokkaido: Springtime Nature was absolutely enjoyable. Upgraded hotels with access to premiere lounges are great for after-hot baths or after-dinner wine-and-cheese. Yukata and Samue hot spring baths are available in most hotels. The Tokachigawa Onsen hotel offered a private hot spring bath in our room. The Michelin-starred lunch (Biei), a simple-style Wacho-market fish lunch (Kushiro), and two Kaiseki dinners, perfectly illustrated Japanese gourmet elegance. Other meals were a mix of Western-Japanese food buffets and sushi/sashimi meals; yet, even the evening meal offerings at all buffets were freshly prepared and cooked in front of us. If you're a photography buff, you can let your creativity roam (and rise above the plethora of point-and-shoot photos on the Internet). All enjoyment from start to end could not have been possible without our tour guide taking care of us. This tour (and our previous Classic Japan tour) confirms why one loves Japan.
Love the tour! Great pace and expertly planned out. Can’t wait for Supera to open up more tour destinations (ie china and other Asian countries!) - on tour survey
3/4 of the people on the tour were repeat customers. This was our 2nd trip with Supera but there were people with 7 trips. Supera made excellent choices for transport, locations, food, and hotels. Our tour guide Hui made the trip fun and without problems. She always looked after us, making sure we had everything we needed. Our group of 11 would like to follow her on whatever trip she leads. -on tour survey
One of the best trips ever. The hotels were impressive and clean. All the sights on the tour were excellent. There were places I would have not have gone to without this tour. This tour and guide was top quality! -on tour survey
This tour you provided was one of the best. The tour director was great and meals were outstanding. We are planning our next trip with you.

A very scenic tour of the Northern Island of Hokkaido....Exceptional accommodations and seafood was very good. The itinerary was varied and extensive. The Tour Guide was superb and worked long hours to support our travel group. We had her previously on our Japan Classic Tour in March 2017.
....we must say that it was very enjoyable with good food and accommodation and very well managed by Hui, despite the fact that my wife had injured her right foot due to the carelessness of the staff at the Sapporo ski lounge. This certainly dampened her holiday spirits and handicapped her enjoyment of the tour. Hui was instantly helpful on the spot and all thru the rest of the journey which undoubtedly alleviated the situation to a certain extent. She is very knowledgeable, works hard and well liked by all members and would give her A+ marks. Overall, it was a good tour and our only concern is that the schedule is a bit too tight. Nonetheless, we like Hokkaido and a revisit is not impossible.

We had a wonderful time on Super Value Hokkaido/Tohoku tour; Hui couldn't be anymore hospitable. She was very professional, informative & attentive to Larry's disability. Renting a wheelchair during your tour made things easier than lugging the knee scooter, crutches & the wheelchair we previously rented before your tour. Having just seen the podiatrist this morning, Larry's foot has not completely healed after 11 weeks but is on the mend after the 3 weeks in Japan.
